Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, issued to the original method of payment.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, discounted items, and customized orders cannot be returned or refunded.
